Tickets have been booked.

I still don’t have any VISA documents and need housing to send me documents and a lot of other things, but having the physical (well actually digital) ticket that will get me to Japan makes it all feel a lot more real.

There are still lots of hypotheticals, but not having the ticket made it more so as even though I was accepted and had housing lined up it didn’t really exist in my head. But now with a ticket to get to Japan, it’s more official. That space doesn’t exist inside my head anymore and is now outside. I can physically get to Japan. I have the means, I don’t have the VISA but I have the flight and that just makes it all feel so much more real…
